1. General Provisions & Operator Identification

These Terms and Conditions govern all private yacht charters and experiences booked onboard the Spica Yacht, operated by Madeira Atlanticharters, Unipessoal Lda (VAT / NIF 510320724), headquartered at Travessa da Praia Formosa, Hotel Atlantic Gardens, Apartment 805, 9000-659, Funchal, Madeira Island.

2. Guest Capacity & Private Charter Nature

2.1. All charters offered on this website are 100% private. The vessel is reserved exclusively for the client’s group.

2.2. The maximum passenger capacity is strictly limited to 10 guests plus captain and crew, in compliance with maritime safety certification.

3. Bookings, Payments & FareHarbor

3.1. Bookings are processed securely via our booking partner FareHarbor. A valid reservation confirmation issued by FareHarbor guarantees your selected date and time.

3.2. Full payment or deposit requirements are specified at the time of booking.

4. Weather & Safety Cancellations

4.1. The Captain reserves the sole right to cancel or alter a charter itinerary if weather, sea conditions, or maritime warnings pose a safety concern.

4.2. In the event of a captain-initiated weather cancellation, clients will be offered an alternative date or a 100% full refund.

5. Guest Conduct & Safety Rules

5.1. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Captain Gabriel and the crew. Life jackets and safety gear are provided onboard.

5.2. Smoking is restricted to designated areas on deck.

6. Official Complaints Book

In accordance with Portuguese Law, Madeira Atlanticharters, Unipessoal Lda provides access to the official Online Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
